This explains what we store and what you control. Questions: tungnokhupson@gmail.com.

What we store

  • Your account. You sign in with Google, so we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see a password.
  • Your Beh. Names, years, places, occupations, notes and photos you add — including about relatives who do not use Beh Laibu.
  • Technical logs. Errors and request data needed to keep the service running.

Who can see it

Every Beh is private. It is not listed anywhere, search engines cannot reach it, and it opens only for:

  • the person who created it, and the editors they invite;
  • anyone they give the access code to.

The creator decides all of it — who gets the code, who may edit, which people and photos stay, and whether the whole Beh is deleted. We never sell your data or share it for advertising, and disclose it otherwise only if the law requires it.

Where it lives

On servers in the United States, with a handful of companies that process it on our behalf and for no purpose of their own: sign-in, the database, photographs, hosting and email. Ask us and we will tell you exactly who they are.

Money

Beh Laibu sells nothing, takes no payments and holds no card details. Sponsoring happens on a separate website; what you do there is between you and that site.

Adding other people

A family tree necessarily holds information about other people. Add only what your relatives would be comfortable seeing, take particular care with living people, and set your Beh to private if in doubt. If someone asks to be removed from a Beh you own, please remove them; if you cannot reach the owner, email us.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your data at any time, in the Beh Laibu app itself — no email to us needed.

To delete your account: open Profile in the bottom tab bar, tap Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. This is immediate and permanent — there is no grace period.

Deleted with it: your account record, every Beh you own, all the people in those Behs, and their photographs. If you own a Beh that other people collaborate on, deletion is refused until you transfer or remove it, so that one person cannot erase a family record others helped build. We keep data while your account exists; backups lag a few days.

Cookies and children

One cookie, to keep you signed in — none for advertising or tracking. Children under 13 should not create accounts; they may of course appear in a tree added by an adult relative.

Changes

We will say so in the app before a material change takes effect.
